Connect HubSpot with MatrixCare CRM

Step 1 – Get MatrixCare Verification Code

• Login into the MatrixCare CRM
• Go to System Setup → Connection Setup → Connections
• Click on Connections
• Under Available Connections → Click on HubSpot Connect button
• Copy the Verification Code and store in temporarily (One Note, Notepad, etc..) for future use
• Click Save

Step 2 – Connect using MatrixCare HubSpot Market Place App

• Login into the HubSpot Account
• Under App Market place, search for MatrixCare
• Click on MatrixCare and then click Connect app button

 

Step 3 – Enter MatrixCare Verification Code

• On selection of the HubSpot account, following page will be displayed
• Enter the verification code copied and stored in step 1
• Click on the Verify button

Step 4 – Active HubSpot Connection

• If the verification entered in step 3 is valid, success message will appear, and the user will be automatically redirected to MatrixCare CRM Connections page
• User will see an Active HubSpot and MatrixCare CRM connection (as shown on the screenshot below)
• If the verification code is invalid, an error message will be displayed requesting user to enter a valid verification code

Step 5 – Select Field Mapping and Enter Subscription

• Click the Edit button for an active connection
• Map the Marketing Attribute with the HubSpot Attribute. Click Save button.

• Click on Subscriptions tab
• Click to Add Subscription
• To setup an active sync between HubSpot and MatrixCare CRM, enter details on subscription page
• Hit Save button
• Hit Activate to turn ON, the HubSpot to MatrixCare CRM sync.
